The note is a message that will always be displayed on the top of board area and
can not be cleared by the "Clear" button in the chat room.
For example,
To display a note "Welcome to my chat room" on the chat screen, please
follow these steps: Step 1: open the chat room setting file with notepad. (You can find the
room setting file in the directory "room\") Step 2: add this line:
... NoteMessage=Welcome to my chat room
Step 3: save the room setting file and then restart the chat room
